Cancellation policy

Hotel Broad Ripple is a small property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If you must cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 7 days prior to your arrival date so that we may have the opportunity to rebook your room(s). Note that the card on file will be charged for your stay plus tax if cancellation is not received within 7 days of arrival. 

If cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival, a fee of $25.00 will be charged to the card on file for holding the room out of inventory.

Whole house bookings and special event reservations require a minimum 30 day cancellation notice for a partial refund of the deposit.

Room rates are for single or double occupancy. Each additional person over 6 years of age will incur a $25.00/night charge.

Room rates are subject to change based on holidays or special events in the area. Minimum stay requirements and deposits may apply for such.

As a small hotel, each visit is important to us. Guests who do not show or call to cancel will be charged for their entire reservation. Please note that special cancellation policies may apply for group reservations for multiple rooms. 

Guests who check out early/do not stay all nights reserved are subject to the cancellation policy for unused nights.

Check in: 3:00pm-midnight. Notification of arrival later than 10 pm is appreciated.

Check out: No later than 11 a.m.

Smoking is permitted outside only, never in guest or public rooms.

No pets are permitted in the rooms at any time.
